A non-profit foundation promoting inclusive development, cultural identity, and international cooperation.

HPDF

HPDF is a non-profit organization established by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee and operating within the framework of the Ho Chi Minh City Union of Friendship Organizations.

HPDF is part of a broader tradition of peace and development initiatives in Vietnam, inspired by the Vietnam Peace and Development Foundation, founded in 2003 by Mme. Nguyen Thi Binh, former Vice President of Vietnam. HPDF is now led by Mme. Ton Nu Thi Ninh, a prominent diplomat and advocate for international cooperation, whose leadership has shaped the Foundation's vision of dialogue, inclusivity, and global engagement.

The Foundation promotes peace, friendship, cooperation, and sustainable development, while strengthening Vietnam's engagement with international partners and communities. Building on this foundation, HPDF focuses on fostering inclusive development, cultural identity, and dialogue across local and global contexts: promoting education, community engagement, and sustainable societal development while connecting a broad network of professionals, institutions, and international partners.

The Viet Nam Peace Committee (VPC) is one of Vietnam's earliest and most prominent organizations in the field of people-to-people diplomacy and international peace advocacy.

Established on 19 November 1950 under the initiative of President Ho Chi Minh, the Committee was founded as part of Vietnam's engagement with the global peace movement and international solidarity efforts. Vietnam was among the founding participants of the World Peace Council, reinforcing the country's early role in global peace dialogue.

Operating under the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations, the Committee continues to play a key role in connecting Vietnam with international partners and advancing cooperation through dialogue and exchange.
